About Amanda
Amanda (she/her) is the founder of Grounded Wellness Collective, where she blends her background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, her 2-year Dietetic Technology degree, and being a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with her passion for integrative wellness, mindfulness, and intentional living.
After years of providing psychotherapy, she felt called to expand her work beyond traditional therapy, supporting others through holistic coaching, groups, and workshops that nurture balance, presence, and self-compassion.​​

My Vinyasa Practice
Amanda completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, where she deepened her understanding of mindful movement, meditation, and the mind-body connection. By completing her RYT-200, she has expanded her ability to guide others in integrating gentle movement, reflection, and self-inquiry.

Amanda earned her Associate’s degree in Dietetics, an applied science degree focused on nutrition, health, and the connection between food and overall well-being. Through this program, she gained a deep understanding of how nutritional nourishment supports both physical and emotional balance; knowledge that continues to inform her holistic approach to wellness today.
