At Grounded Wellness Collective, we guide individuals on a journey toward balance, presence, self-compassion and follow-through. Whether you’re looking to set clear boundaries, cultivate mindful living practices, or nurture a gentler relationship with yourself while also implementing more follow-through, our approach blends coaching, mindful strategies, and soon, yoga-based practices to support your growth.

We offer 1:1 coaching sessions, group sessions and workshops designed to help you:

  • Balance your energy and boundaries;

  • Be present in your daily life with mindful awareness;

  • Embrace gentleness with yourself through self-compassion and worthiness;

  • Create an actionable plan for increased follow-through.

 

Although coaching is NOT therapy, everything we offer is informed by Amanda's training as a licensed mental health professional while tailored to the path you want to create for yourself.
