Grounded Wellness Collective operates at the intersection of mental health and wellness. We proudly offer integrative coaching services designed to promote self-discovery and personal growth, providing a unique alternative to traditional therapy. With our founder's extensive background in mental health therapy, we are dedicated to fostering energy balance and self-compassion.

About Our Founder
+ Coach

Amanda (she/her) earned her Master of Social Work in 2018 and has spent the past seven years providing psychotherapy. In 2021, she founded her private practice, where she continues to offer compassionate, evidence-based mental health therapy services.

Rooted in a deep belief in the healing power of therapy, Amanda has witnessed how meaningful growth begins with self-awareness and intention. Expanding her work into the wellness and coaching space, she now supports individuals in nurturing their whole selves and creating a life that is grounded in balance, purpose, and presence.

Amanda is also on the path to becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), deepening her integrative approach to mind-body wellness and bringing movement, mindfulness, and breathwork into her coaching philosophy.

  • 1:1 Coaching

    Our Integrative Wellness + Intentional Living 1:1 Coaching is designed to harmonize your mental, emotional, and physical states. Our coaching sessions focus on empowering you to establish boundaries, cultivate self-compassion, and foster a sense of worthiness. We offer personalized strategies to help you navigate daily life with greater mindfulness and balanced energy.

  • Group Coaching

    Grounded Wellness Collective group sessions invite you into a supportive, heart-centered space to connect, reflect, and grow alongside others. Group sessions blend mindfulness, discussion, and experiential practices to foster balance, presence, and self-compassion. Our groups offer meaningful connection and guided support to help you regulate, reset, and realign with your inner calm.

  • Workshops

    Our workshops offer space to pause, reconnect, and realign. Guided by a licensed mental health professional, these experiences integrate reflection, mindfulness, and gentle movement to explore themes of balance, self-compassion, and presence in a calm, nurturing environment. While NOT therapy, each workshop is intentionally designed to support emotional wellness and help you leave feeling centered, grounded, and renewed.

  • Coming Soon: Yoga

    Our founder of Grounded Wellness Collective is working towards her RYT-200. Once complete, she'll be offering gentle, grounding classes that blend asana (yoga postures), breathwork, and mindfulness to nurture balance, strength, and inner peace: on and off the mat.

Reflection, Clarity, & Intention

90-minute New Year Virtual Workshop: Promotes individuals to reflect on the past year, set intentions, and create a small, achievable plan for the year ahead. All in a calm, cozy-feeling, supportive environment. Folks will leave with clarity, intentions, and a simple, realistic plan for the New Year.
